Meet Our 2026 Sheridan WYO Rodeo Royalty

Miss Sheridan WYO Rodeo 2026
Isabella Yellowtail
Diisholla!! (Hello) My name is Isabella Yellowtail. My Indian names are “Outstanding Prayers” and “Her horse is always in the Lead” My clans are Ties-The-Bundle and I am a child of the Greasy Mouth.
I am your 2026 Miss Sheridan WYO Rodeo Queen!
It is my pleasure to be your Queen and represent you all over the great state of Wyoming!
I grew up on the Crow Reservation. I am a 5th generation rancher residing at the foot of the Big Horns. My mother and father, Carson and Mamie Yellowtail, raised me in the western way of life while instilling my Native traditions, which is the way I have carried myself throughout life.
So far I have carried 4 crowns, 2019 Jr. Crow Fair Rodeo Queen, 2021 Miss Crow Fair Rodeo Queen, 2023 Sheridan WYO Rodeo Sr. Princess and finally 2026 Miss Sheridan WYO Rodeo. Through these titles, I have learned many things; God has your back always, Grit will carry you through any storm you face and having Grace will always be the better choice. Which is why my motto is God, Grit and Grace. My favorite Scripture is Job 39:19-24. As it reminds me of my Horse Cricket, who’s carried me through two of my four titles now!
“Have you given the horse his might? Have you clothed his neck with quivering and a shaking mane? Have you made him leap like a locust? The majesty of his snorting is terrible. He paws in the valley and rejoices in his strength; He goes out to meet the weapons. He laughs at fear and is not dismayed, and he does not turn back from the sword. The quiver rattles against him, the flashing spear and the lance with fierceness and rage he races to devour the ground and does not stand still at the trumpet sound.”
Cricket and I have been the best of partners through all of this.
When I am not under crown or at rodeos you will find me dancing traditionally at powwows, beading, riding bareback in the back hills of my pastures or spending time with family!
Currently I am the 2nd Queen to be crowned out of the crow reservation! With a 75 Year difference! Lucy Yellowmule, my relative, was the first!
Thank you for listening to my story! I hope to see you all again!
God bless and have a wonderful year!
Isabella Yellowtail,
‘26 Miss Sheridan WYO Rodeo

Sheridan WYO Rodeo Queen Attendant
Jentry Reid
Jentry Reid, daughter of Mark and Kimberly Reid, is proud to serve as the 2026 Sheridan WYO Rodeo Queen Attendant, representing the traditions, values, and community that make Wyoming and the Sheridan WYO Rodeo so special. Having lived in Sheridan for most of her life and in Wyoming her entire life, Jentry is a true Wyomingite.
Although her family sold their ranch before she was born, Western values and ranching still run deep within and is a significant part of her family’s history and continue to shape who she is today. Horses have always been a defining part of Jentry’s identity. From a young age, she was determined to be horseback whenever possible, learning invaluable lessons along the way—progress takes time, always check your cinch, and when you fall, you get back up, and countless others that you can’t put a price on. Those lessons, learned through years of riding and horse ownership, have stayed with her far beyond the arena.
Jentry was an avid member in agriculture-based youth organizations, and they ultimately played a major role in shaping her leadership skills and work ethic. She participated in 4-H from the age of nine until aging out at eighteen, exhibiting horses, rabbits, market hogs, as well as art and photography. During her time in 4-H, she served as President of the Junior Leaders Club one of her years, where she helped mentor younger members and create a welcoming environment for those new to the program. In high school, Jentry was an active member of the John B. Kendrick Sheridan FFA Chapter, competing on the horse judging team throughout her high school career and serving as chapter reporter during her senior year. She was also greatly involved in the Wranglers drill team that carries the Sheridan WYO Rodeo sponsor flags on horseback from the time she was in middle school until she left to go to college in Laramie. She even held the previous royalty title of Sheridan WYO Rodeo Princess from 2020-2022, being part of the first group of WYO rodeo royalty to carry their titles for two consecutive years due to the COVID-19 outbreak at that time.
After she graduated from Sheridan High School in 2021, Jentry began her college career majoring in animal science before discovering her passion for healthcare. Her educational journey has been nontraditional, as she decided to work for periods of time in between furthering her education, gaining real-world experience—an approach that has broadened her perspective and strengthened her sense of responsibility. She is currently working as a Certified Nursing Assistant while attending Laramie County Community College to earn her LPN license, with plans to continue on toward her RN. Through her nursing career, Jentry hopes to have the capacity to care for her family in the future using the skills and professional training that she will have acquired. In addition, she also plans to use the funds that she gains from working as a nurse to rebuild from the ground up the ranch that her family had, and the western lifestyle that is so engrained within her, and within the heart of this state.
Serving as Rodeo Queen Attendant has been an honor and a breath of fresh air for Jentry. It has given her the opportunity to represent the greatest sport on earth, connect with people both inside and outside the rodeo world, and support a tradition she deeply loves. Once a little girl who dreamed of rodeo royalty, she now hopes to inspire young girls who share that same dream. Jentry plans to run for the Rodeo Queen title, and would be grateful for the opportunity to continue serving the Sheridan WYO Rodeo, as she has a great passion for this organization.
Jentry believes that the key to preservation of rodeo and Western traditions begins with exhibiting kindness and patience. By welcoming those who are unfamiliar but eager to learn, and teaching them the ways we were once taught, she hopes to help ensure that the cowboy way lives on for generations to come. Outside of the arena, she enjoys a myriad of hobbies, such as traveling, hiking, alpine skiing, fly fishing, hunting, camping, weight lifting, reading, creating art, and baking pies of all kinds—though blueberry remains her favorite.

Sheridan WYO Rodeo Jr. Princess
Novalee Anderson
Novalee Anderson is an energetic and determined 11-year-old who brings heart, dedication, and a bright smile to everything she does. The daughter of Zach and Caitlyn Anderson, Novalee is currently thriving in 5th grade, where she enjoys learning new things and challenging herself in and out of the classroom.
A true cowgirl at heart, Novalee’s favorite place to be is on the back of her horse—especially when she’s riding bareback. Her natural connection with animals is easy to see, whether she’s working with her horses, playing with her baby colts, or chasing her dogs around the yard.
Novalee stays active in 4-H, where she continues to grow her leadership and animal-care skills. She also enjoys the teamwork and excitement of volleyball and the thrill of rodeo, where she’s always ready to give her best. When she isn’t competing or caring for animals, you’ll likely find her swimming, stargazing, singing or spending quality time with her family—including her three older brothers, who cheer her on every step of the way.
With big dreams and an even bigger heart, novalee hopes to become both a veterinarian and a pilot when she grows up. Her love for animals and her sense of adventure make these goals a perfect fit.
This year marks a milestone as Novalee proudly holds her very first royalty title. She is honored, grateful and incredibly excited for the journey ahead. Novalee looks forward to representing her community, meeting new friends and creating memories that she will treasure for the rest of her life.
